Respective roles and responsibilities of state and local governments in land use planning; and 3. Land use issues specific to areas inside and outside urban growth boundaries and the interface between areas inside and outside urban growth boundaries. At the time of the preparation of this interim report (June 2007), the Task Force completed research and prepared preliminary findings.
