The field site for the summer 2007 Anthropology 499/599 Ethnographic Field School class was Lakeview, Oregon. The class researched questions concerning the quality of life in Lakeview for young people, the elderly, and people with low incomes. The collection contains transcriptions of interviews with residents of Lakeview, primarily concerning their food and eating habits: summary of findings.
