dc.description.abstract	Research and Innovative Services (RIS) conducted focus groups with the OSU Libraries faculty and staff to promote the mission of the department and to identify potential research areas. We saw the focus groups as a way to elicit input and tap the reservoir of ideas from people across the library. In addition, we wanted to gather suggestions on areas where technology, money, or trends in librarianship could be explored to improve the daily operations of the library.	en
