Recipes were tested for years in the OFNP (Oregon Family Nutrition Program) Hispanic Office, Multnomah County, Portland, OR. Learners have appreciated receiving the recipes and the simplified format that is used. Pages in this document are set up to be printed as two-sided copies.	en_US
