This is an exhibit prepared by the Oregon Dept. of Fish and Wildlife for the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission. Prior to November, 2005, ODFW managed a developmental fishery program for commercial harvest of bay clams by scuba divers. This document recommends removing bay clams from the developmental fisheries species list and setting up a limited entry system for the commercial bay clam divers.
