This is an Oregon Dept. of Fish and Wildlife exhibit made to the Oregon Fish and Game Commission. ODFW was trying to answer the question of what to do with the old Oregon Aqua-Foods facility in Yaquina Bay by converting it to a public salmon hatchery and a private abalone culture facility.
