This data was collected to investigate the effect of three conventional biological treatment processes (biological nutrient removal, activated sludge, and lagoons) on the chemical and microbial composition of wastewater. These datasets include raw non-target LCMS data in MZxml, wiff, wiff2 and wiff.scan format, along with annotated 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing fastq files. This document describes overviews of each file type, corresponding file and sample names, and methods and sources of the data files. For more information about the materiel and method please refer to the associated paper.
