Abstract
  • The general methods employed in smoking are so broad and the process so simple that anyone can produce a palatable product with a minimum of experience. The smoker illustrated here is easy and inexpensive to construct and oper­ate, and has the added advantage of being completely portable and easy to move or to store when not in use.
