Abstract	The Marine Resource Program of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is headquartered in a building at the Hatfield Marine Science Center. Built in 1970 for 30 personnel, it now houses 52. By the end of 2007 the MRP will need space for 82. The purpose of this report is to identify current and projected facility needs, explore planning options, develop a project "vision", and to estimate overall project costs. This document is intended to serve as a platform for planning and fundraising efforts.
