Abstract
  • ZnS(O,OH) thin films for solar cell application were deposited onto glass substrates using the Continuous Flow Microreactor (CFM) process. In order to investigate the effect of pH on the physical properties of the film, the ZnS(O,OH) thin films were prepared by the CFM process with varying pH solution in the range of 10.1~10.9 and then they were characterized for morphological, structural, and optical properties. The influence of annealing temperature on the structural and physicochemical properties of the ZnS(O,OH) thin films were also examined with the annealing temperature varying in the range of 300~600℃. According to our experimental result, pH and annealing temperature were considerable factors to control the ratio of sulfur to oxygen when the oxygen was contained in the films.
