  • Presentation delivered at the Oregon State University Libraries In-Service.
  • Presents over one-hundred images originally captured by student photographers working for the Beaver Yearbook from 1965 to 1972, and provides historical context for the imagery with particular emphasis on the ways in which OSU was changing during the Vietnam War era. Specific subjects emphasized throughout the talk include athletics, the status of women, anti-war protest, technological change, the built environment, and attitudes towards tobacco use.
