Abstract	In addition to a dynamic show of leaves, students, and pumpkins, October also brings a fresh new plate of events honoring Oregon Archives Month to the OSU campus! The OSU Archives hosted a showcase of historical recipes from the collections. Drawing from Extension publications, USDA Farmer’s Bulletins, and other gems in the OSU Archives and the Library stacks, this booklet represents some of the favorites. Each was featured in bulletins printed from 1916 to 1939 for use by various audiences, including Boys’ and Girls’ Industrial Clubs, World War One era homemakers looking for wheat and meat substitutes, and aficionados of cheese.
