Abstract
  • In this paper, I will analyze the nature of these problems and examine how recent approaches to SLRA have dealt with them. In addition, a framework for assessing the potential impacts of sea level rise is proposed, drawing upon the ecological concept of resilience (Holling 1978, 1984).
