  • Throughout the year the regular design work of the class room proved so profitable that it was thought that there was no subject which could be selected for thesis purposes of greater benefit,or which offered as great a latitude in the working out of the various problems, than the one mentioned above. Such a work involves all of the branches of electrical design,even the subject of transformers being included,for an induction motor is essentially a transformer with the energy delivered as mechanical, instead of electrical power.
