Model system components include a horizontally and vertically distributed knowledge base, LIDAR 3D urban modeling, automatic feature extraction, hazard and vulnerability mapping, improved public presentations, damage detection, remote sensing and GIS in emergency coordination centers, mapping for emergency responders, tent city monitoring, and debris management.
