Abstract	Oregon State University Extension employs county-based Extension Faculty to deliver educational programs to communities across the state. County Extension Faculty are expected to be competent in various content and training can help prepare faculty for the profession. Using a needs assessment approach, this research evaluated the training available. The results include that from the County Extension Faculty perspective, there is limited training that is available with Oregon State University Extension.
