Abstract
  • The study extends from the mouth of the Columbia River to River Mile 46. It has four elements: an overview of transportation infrastructure, dredging requirements and other constraints and opportunities; identification of potential development sites; description of estuarine impacts; and a review of policy and mitigation strategies. The study in intended to provide information for development of energy related projects.
