Abstract
  • Who are plants? Why do they matter? And how can they save us from ourselves? This collection, of research, interviews, stories, paintings, and poems, is a movement toward centering plants as people. The plants are our teachers, elders, healers, and guides through these troubling times. We have lost sight of the sacred and entered an era of objectification and abuse. But I have faith we can renew the love that is needed now and mend the deep wounds we have carved into the land and ourselves. May we all return to right relationship with ourselves, our bodies, and the body of the Earth. This is a prayer for our home.
