Abstract
  • This toolkit is part of a larger project to employ innovative Extension techniques and technologies to engage a fast-growing yet traditionally underserved and socially disadvantaged segment of forest owners in the United States. This project is designed to engage women woodland owners with an empowering, peer-learning approach. The toolkit focuses on the nuts and bolts of designing, forming, holding, and maintaining a peer-learning group, whether the group is women woodland owners or any other group of people who have similar goals for learning. The toolkit includes templates and worksheets, with samples to make clear how to use them.
