Project F-72-R Final Report Hatchery and wild stocks of coastal cutthroat trout were studied from 1965 to 1972 on the Alsea, Siuslaw, and Nestucca rivers to provide information for improved fishery management. Seawater tolerance, growth and age, survival, population size, migrations, estuarine distribution, and catch were examined through laboratory studies, fishery monitoring, netting and tagging and other methods.
