"The California Department of Fish and Game and the Oregon Fish Commission tagged and released 901 legal crabs (Cancer magister) off northern California and southern Oregon during November and December, 1962. The objectives of the cooperative tagging experiment are to obtain additional information on the population structures, migrations and mortalities of crabs in this important area."
