This is an exhibit made by the Oregon Dept. of Fish and Wildlife to the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission on October 19, 2001. "This report reviews the status of Oregon's ocean commercial Dungeness crab fishery. An overview is presented for the entire 2000-01 ocean commercial crab fishery with a specific discussion of the 2001 summer fishery. We discuss the joint ODFW and crab industry dialogue and process on the issue of implementing a crab pot limitation system in the Oregon commercial ocean crab fishery for the 2002-03 season." (from the Executive Summary) Appendices include final results of a survey of crab fishers on possible pot limits, and list Oregon Dungeness Crab Fishermen Advisory Committee members.
