Abstract
  • A report to the State Water Resources Board.
  • The purpose of this report is to apprise the State Water Resources Board of the status ad importance of fish and wildlife resources of the Hood Basin and to define water problems influencing these resources. This will enable the Board to give consideration to these needs along with other beneficial water uses when developing a comprehensive program for the area. Field studies for this report were conducted by the Basin Investigations Section, Oregon State Game Commission, from August through November, 1963. As in three prior basin reports, recommended minimum flows for game fish maintenance are included and considered most important. It is regrettable that addition time was not available to permit formulation for more complete flow recommendations.
