Abstract	The objectives of this project are to 1) evaluate the fish passage for Lamprey at the Alder Creek, Corvallis, OR using HEC-RAS, and 2) develop a worksheet for the scour analysis if the culvert is removed. Fish passage criteria from Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife were applied to determine if the culvert acts as a barrier. The methods and equations from the Hydraulic Engineering Circular No. 18 (HEC-18) were used to develop the scour analysis worksheet.
