Abstract	The results of light scattering measurements made with a Brice-Phoenix photometer and particle size distribution measurements made with a Model A Coulter Counter are presented. The data were collected on five cruises off the Oregon coast during the period June - October 1972. The cruises were a part of the Coastal Upwelling Experiment (CUE).
