Abstract	RICHER is a sophisticated interpolation routine which allows the user to generate data for points he does not have. The following activities are at best marginally legitimate. A. Regenerate a dataset at a different step size (monthly points instead' of bimonthly) B. Estimate, missing data due to equipment failure C. Estimate state vectors for times that are not increments of the simulation step.
