Footings shall be of concrete, six inches square at
top and twelve inches at bottom. To be composed of one
part Portland cement, three parts charp, clean sand and
six parts of good clean gravel.

that the present equipment is unable to supply the necessary power for the proposed electrical and mechanical
laboratories.

Cauthorn halls are to be heated...
