Laboratory and modeling studies were performed with a mixed-anaerobic-culture obtained from the Evanite site in Corvallis, Oregon. The culture completely transforms trichloroethene (TCE) to cis-dichloroethene (c-DCE), vinyl chloride (VC), and finally to ethene.
