Haugh and Box (1977) and Pierce (1977) presented dynamic regression (transfer function) procedures for examining possible interrelationships among more than one time series variable. Methods are described for making the following determinations in fruits and processed fruit products: anthocyanin pigment content, color density, polymeric color, browning, turbidity, and anthocyanin degradation index.
