The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) helps limited-income families in Oregon
improve their nutrition practices. These include learning to:
□ Stretch family food dollars
□ Choose foods for better nutrition for family members
□ Purchase food for nutritional needs
□ Improve food production, preparation, storage, safety, and sanitation
The Forestry Quiz Series is designed as a teaching tool for learning the shrubs and trees of Oregon. Leaders are encouraged to copy the quiz sheets when teaching 4-H members about tree and shrub identification.
