1. Anthropogenic disturbances involving land use change, climate disruption, pollution and invasive species have been shown to impact immune function of wild animals. These immune changes have direct impacts on the fitness of impacted animals and, also, potentially indirect effects on other species and on ecological processes, notably involving the...

NMR spectroscopy is the go-to technique for determining the solution structures of organic,
organometallic, and even macromolecular species. However, structure determination of nanoscale
aqueous inorganic clusters by NMR spectroscopy remains an unexplored territory. The few hydroxobridged
inorganic species well characterized by ¹H Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy (¹H-NMR)
do not provide...

Over 50 fertilizer experiments on winter wheat have been conducted in Baker, Union, and Wallowa counties since 1957. Results of these experiments indicate that nitrogen and moisture are the main factors limiting wheat production in this area.
Provides information about complexity of watersheds. Outlines ways to form partnerships, to develop strategies for enhancing watershed resources, and to implement enhancement projects.
