Should commercial crabbing be banned in Oregon bays in order to eliminate potential conflict with recreational bay crabbers? In answering this question, this report summarizes the state of the bay crab fishery in the mid-1980s and examines esthetic and economic aspects of the issue. Includes statistics. This is a staff report for the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission.
