Abstract	This paper describes a mathematical formulation and computer programs for use on hand-held programmable calculators to analyze the load carrying capacity of skyline systems, including the effects of log drag. The actual physical characteristics of the load and the ground geometry are used in the analysis of the payload capacities for standing, live, and running skylines. Included in this paper are instructions for the use of the programs and example problems illustrating their use.
