Abstract	This project-based portfolio is the capstone of my work in Oregon State University's College Student Services Administration (CSSA) Master’s in Education program and is composed of three components: (1) an Online Advising Course for students applying to competitive national and international scholarships, (2) a reflective essay that synthesizes my learning in relation to the five program competencies, and (3) a competency matrix with reference to attached primary artifacts. The Online Advising Course represents and puts to use significant learning areas from my time in CSSA, while also serving as a valuable resource that I will be able to draw upon in future aspirational positions in the fellowships advising profession. It is intended to supplement my direct advising of students who apply for competitive national and international scholarships and fellowships. Taken together, this portfolio and the attached artifacts provide evidence of my learning in the CSSA program and preparation to enter the field of student affairs.
