  • This paper offers a brief reflection on my personal journey and development as I embark as a paraprofessional into the world of higher education, focusing on my growth as a practitioner, learner, scholar, leader, and human. I will share formative experiences that contributed to my development and discuss my process for developing and teaching LEAD 407: Leadership and Social Justice. This information and corresponding experiences are laid out chronologically, culminating with an in depth overview of my experience teaching LEAD 407 and anticipated next steps upon graduation. Through the sharing of my experiences and capstone project, I aim to provide readers with opportunities to engage in critical reflection and transformative learning, connecting their own growth with the insights and experiences presented.
