Abstract
  • "Gnat Creek heir, constructed with federal funds and was completed in October 1955. Primary objectives were to quantitatively study fail chinook and silver salmon to: (1) determine the survival, timing, and size of juvenile salmonids resulting from natural spawning; (2) measure the survival of hatchery eared fingerlings and yearlings; (3) determine if a relationship between varying stream flows and adult production existed; and (4) study the juvenile production resulting from various numbers of adults above the weir."
