Abstract
  • Between January 1973 and May 1975, the National Science Foundation sponsored a cooperative field program of direct measurements of circulation on the continental shelf of the west coast of the Florida peninsula. With a variety of instruments, records of ocean currents, bottom pressure, coastal sea level and winds over the shelf were compiled, some of which are continuous for nearly two years.
